ForeignersMart provides Cash on Delivery (COD).

Where applicable, ForeignersMart will provide the necessary payment information to the customer for online payment.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Under the Cash on Delivery facility, customers will pay the required amount in cash when receiving their order.
ForeignersMart may contact the customer to confirm the order before dispatch.
Customers are requested to keep the required amount ready when receiving the order.
10. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are not fixed and may vary depending on the order.

Delivery charges and delivery arrangements will depend on:

ForeignersMart may contact the customer after receiving the order to confirm the necessary delivery information.
12. Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active mobile number when placing an order.
ForeignersMart will not be responsible for delivery failure caused by:

- Incorrect mobile number;
- Customer being unavailable;
- Customer refusing to receive the order; or
- Other circumstances caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
13. Checking Products Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to check the product and packaging when receiving their order whenever reasonably possible.

- The wrong product is delivered;
- The product is damaged;
- The package is leaking; or
- The delivered product is materially different from the ordered product,
the customer should contact ForeignersMart as soon as possible.
Photos or videos of the product may be requested when necessary.

For eligible products, customers must contact ForeignersMart within 1–4 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return.

15. Frozen Products
No frozen item sold by ForeignersMart is eligible for return.
Customers are advised to carefully check frozen products at the time of delivery.

Where a return has been approved and a refund is applicable, ForeignersMart will process the refund within 1–4 days.

For online payments, refunds may be made through the applicable bank or bKash payment method.
